Terms of Service
Effective:
In short
- Olgo provides the software; each shop is run by an independent merchant, who is the seller.
- Your purchase is an agreement between you and the merchant. Prices are checked again when you place the order.
- Payments go to the merchant directly or through Payme or Click; the platform does not hold your money.
- Merchants answer for their goods, delivery and returns, and use customer data only for orders.

1.About these terms
These terms govern the use of the Olgo platform at olgo.uz: shops and their Telegram Mini Apps and bots, the platform bot and the merchant dashboard. The platform is operated by [to be filled], taxpayer number (STIR) [to be filled], address: [to be filled] (“we”, “the operator”).
By placing an order, or by creating a shop, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2.Definitions
- Platform
- The software, websites, bots and dashboard provided by the operator.
- Merchant
- A person or business that runs a shop on the platform and sells its goods or services there.
- Customer
- Anyone who browses a shop or places an order in it.
- Shop
- A merchant’s storefront at an address such as olgo.uz/shop-name, and its Telegram bot, if it has one.
- Order
- A customer’s request to buy specific items from a merchant on stated terms.
3.What the platform does and does not do
We provide the tools that let merchants show a catalogue, take orders and payments, and talk to customers. We are not the seller, are not a party to the sale and do not own, store or deliver the goods.
The merchant alone answers for its goods and their description, quality, safety and legality, for prices, delivery, warranty and returns, for documents the law requires it to issue to customers, and for meeting the consumer protection and tax laws that apply to it.
4.Placing an order
- Prices, delivery fees and availability are checked again on our server when you place an order. The order shows what you will pay at that moment.
- An order is a request to the merchant. The merchant may confirm it, or reject it, for example if an item has run out or the address is outside its delivery area.
- The shop may ask you to confirm your phone number by SMS code or through Telegram before ordering.
- Give accurate details. The merchant uses them to deliver the order and to contact you.
- You receive updates on the order’s status through Telegram, and you can open the order’s page to follow it.
- You must be legally able to make purchases under the law of Uzbekistan, or act with the consent of a parent or guardian.
5.Payment
Each shop chooses the payment methods it accepts:
- Cash
- Paid to the merchant or courier on delivery or pickup.
- Card transfer
- You transfer the amount to the merchant’s card shown at checkout and upload a photo of the receipt. The merchant checks the payment and confirms the order.
- Payme, Click
- You pay on the provider’s page under its terms. An order not paid within the time allowed may be cancelled automatically, and the items are released for others.
Money goes to the merchant directly or through the payment provider. The platform does not hold customers’ money. Refunds are made by the merchant, through the same provider where possible.
6.Delivery, returns and complaints
Delivery times, areas, fees, returns and exchanges are set by each merchant and governed by the consumer protection law of Uzbekistan. Contact the merchant first: its contacts are on the shop’s “About the shop” page.
If you cannot reach a merchant, or believe a shop is acting unlawfully, write to us at [to be filled] or on Telegram at [to be filled]. We will pass your message on and may restrict the shop as described below, but we cannot decide the dispute for the merchant.
7.For merchants
- You open a shop through the platform’s Telegram bot. Whoever controls your Telegram account controls your shop, so keep the account secure.
- Keep the information about your shop, goods and prices accurate and up to date.
- Sell only goods and services you may legally sell, with any licences they require. Counterfeit, prohibited and dangerous goods are not allowed.
- Publish only content (photos, texts, trademarks) you have the right to use.
- Use customer data only to carry out orders and as the law and the Privacy Policy allow. Message customers through your bot only if they have started it; the platform adds an unsubscribe button to every broadcast.
- If you add Meta Pixel or Google Analytics to your shop, you are responsible for that choice and for telling customers about it as the law requires.
- When you give us credentials for Payme, Click, MoySklad, Billz or your own Telegram bot, you authorize us to use them only to run those integrations for your shop.
- Plans set limits such as the number of products or orders. Paid plans are arranged with the operator directly. We will give notice before changing the limits or prices of a plan you are on.
8.Acceptable use
Do not use the platform to break the law, deceive customers, send spam, collect other people’s data, interfere with the platform’s operation or security, or access shops, orders or accounts that are not yours.
9.Intellectual property
The platform’s software, design and the Olgo name belong to the operator or its licensors. Merchants keep the rights to their own content and allow us to store, adapt and display it as needed to run their shop.
10.Availability and changes
We work to keep the platform available, but it is provided as it is. It may be interrupted for maintenance, by failures, or by the services it relies on, such as Telegram, payment providers and hosting. We may change, add or remove features.
11.Liability
To the extent the law of Uzbekistan allows, we are not liable for the goods, services or actions of merchants, for the services of Telegram, payment providers or other third parties, or for indirect losses and lost profit. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumers have under the law and that cannot be limited by agreement.
12.Suspension and termination
We may restrict or close a shop or account that breaks these terms or the law, or that puts customers or the platform at risk, and will tell the merchant why unless the law prevents it. A merchant may stop using the platform at any time and ask us to delete its shop’s data, subject to what the law requires us to keep.
13.Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes are first settled by negotiation; if that fails, they go to the competent court of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
14.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version is always at this address, with its effective date at the top. We announce significant changes on this page in advance and tell merchants through the platform bot. Using the platform after the effective date means accepting the updated terms.
